Insurance Policy

Our office follows a program that simplifies the preparation and submission of insurance claims, thereby holding down the office costs unrelated to the delivery of excellent dental care. With most insurance companies we accept assignment of benefits and, as a courtesy to our patients; the office files the claim for the patient. At the time that we submit your claim, we will estimate the payment that the insurance company will send to us. We ask you only to pay your co-pay amount (the amount that we estimate will be due from you). After the insurance company sends payment if there is any difference between our estimation and the amount that they actually sent, we will bill you or reimburse the difference. We bill our patients on a monthly basis (around the 15th of the month) so you may keep track of your charges and insurance payments.
  • Most insurance companies refuse to provide dental offices with blank insurance forms. Therefore, we request that you bring a form with your personal and insurance information filled in at your first appointment.

Financial Policy

Our goal is not to let the cost of investing in your oral health prevent a patient from benefiting from quality dental care. To facilitate this goal, we have developed an in-house, 90-day interest-free payment plan. We also offer financing through CareCredit®.

For your convenience, we accept payments made with cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Our office carries accounts receivable for 90 days. We do expect regular monthly payments during that time or late fees will be applied to your account. On accounts that become delinquent over 90 days an interest fee of 18% will be applied unless special financial arrangements have been made with our financial advisor, Donna.


Also available is CareCredit®, a national dental care financing program. It can provide up to 6 months of financing with no initial retainer and six equal installments with no interest charges to the patient. They also offer a longer pay-out period with reasonable interest rates. Our business staff is more than happy to answer any questions you might have regarding payment.

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
